Wrong TRACKER_HOST default value

The TRACKER_HOST default value should be set to 0.0.0.0 instead of `hostname` to
allow connections from anywhere and avoid error trying to connect to the tracker
from eslewhere than the local machine

workaround: add TRACKER_HOST=0.0.0.0 in /etc/default/freecast-tracker
