Better JAVA_HOME management in debian package

Description 

- change default JAVA_HOME to match directories of new packages (http://packages.debian.org/unstable/libs/sun-java5-jre)
- change the sample value in /etc/default files. The current value "../j2sdk1..." makes believe a jdk is needed.
- share the JAVA_HOME definition for freecast and freecast-tracker
