JMX interface

Description 

The tracker and the nodes could provide an (optional) JMX interface and a
HttpAdaptor if wanted.

It would allow :
- a runtime control for the tracker and nodes like start and stop http player,
change some configurations
- a live monitoring with performance datas to follow the connected node count,
current bandwidth, ..
