Start page provided by FreeCast Manager can't work locally

Description 

When the FreeCast Manager user browse the network homepage, the provided start page can't work if the public ip isn't accessible from the local network. 

Indeed, the FreeCast listener node is started with http://<publicip>/config.xml because the FreeCast Manager descriptor.xml is requested from the freecast.org server in the start page.
