Separate the librairies for each application

Description 

The libraries needed for the tracker, the CLI node and the GUI node increase. We
should separate the distributions for each application:

* tracker
* CLI node
* GUI node
* JWS GUI node (already separated in dist/jws)

Separated debian packages could be necessary too.
