Metadata support for the internal player

Description 

The Ogg Vorbis stream can contain metadata (comment field and header). This
information is ignored for the moment. The objective is to display it into the
GUI (exact display to be defined).

The vorbis comment decoder is added. The audio player logs the vorbis comment for the moment. Visible into the release 20060627.

A description can be created with this information and displayed into the FreeCast Swing.

Note: the WWW comment could be used to visit the given URL.

The stream description is displayed into the optional pane. If a WWW comment is found, the URL can be visited by a simple click on the description.
