Check JavaWebStart installation in the start page

Description

The JavaWebStart documentation provides interesting tips to check the Java
installation:

http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.5.0/docs/guide/javaws/developersguide/launch.html

Note that this is a way for IE users to start the JRE installation.

This check mechanism could be added into the start page. We must define the
exact scenario when JavaWebStart isn't found. Think to provide a link to bypass
this checking, nothing is perfect ;o)
