Wrong desktop shortcut

Description 

Hi !
When loading the applet, JavaWebStart asks if the user wants a shortcut to be
created on the desktop for the currently downloading program. Answering YES will
result in creating a shortcut not linking to the right stream. Instead of
hearing Frequence K, some other sound was played. This bug was seen twice on two
different PCs runing windows XP.

By the way, the bug was seen on Windows XP, not 2000, but as there is no Win XP
in the OS list, I've choosen what was closest to it :)
