Description 

To make easier the deployment of a root node which broadcasts a playlist (or records a soundcard input line), we should provide a Receiver which can encode Ogg stream from an audio inputstream.

Tritonus libvorbis wrapper has been integrated. It required several patchs to the current tritonus (old) code. EncoderOggSource can now produce Ogg pages created from a PCM AudioInputStream.

PlaylistEncoderOggSourceFactory is now created and can read a playlist (with various formats) and send created Ogg pages.

We need to integrate a timestamp to the logical pages to manage correctly the "read speed".
