Fix FreeCast icons

Description 

For the moment, the provided icons are a bit ugly ..

We should provide a nice icon set (may be base on
http://svn.tryphon.org/kolaka/freecast/trunk/source/org/kolaka/freecast/swing/resources/icon.gif).
Dedicated icons to represent tracker, root node and listener node would be welcome.

We can use them as:
- JFrame/JDialog icon
- win32 shortcut icon
- systray icon
