Optimize the track management

Description 

The current track management (via vfs and antlion) is heavy: 15 minutes for the first build, a total size of 280M ..

Something simpler (based on ivy for example) which provides only needed jar files would be better.

Need to study the docbook tracking which provides a lot of various resources (xsl, images, etc ..)
